Prior to real estate, Laurie Chalmers spent 13 years in the private and public sectors in human resources management, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compensation and policy development. In 2014, she co-founded Legacy REI Group as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. She earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University in 1999. She also earned her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association.
