About Us
Founded in 2016, LRG Residential began with a small 16-unit apartment community in Denton, Texas with two simple objectives: create amazing homes for our residents and provide incredible returns to our investment partners. Both objectives were achieved in only 13 months, almost two years ahead of expectations.
Today our philosophy remains the same as it did then. We share a dual responsibility to our residents and our investment partners to maximize their experience with Legacy REI Group. To help ensure that our residents always received the best in customer service, we founded LRG Residential, our property management company, in 2017. With both asset management and property management under one roof, communication is streamlined, decisions are easier, and results are faster. We’re able to assist with issues big and small on both sides, and provide a personal touch every step of the way.
