With over six years of experience in the Human Resources field, Jess makes sure that LRG hires the best people and ensures our top-notch team stays happy and healthy. Since graduating in 2008 with a communications degree from Dallas Baptist University, Jess has gained experience in the education, retail and healthcare spaces. Now thriving in the multi-family space, Jess is a pro at establishing good workplace practices for small businesses and startups, and has experience with growing companies just like Legacy REI Group.
